Skipping Breakfast Could Increase Risks for Juvenile Diabetes!

A recent study done in the UK shows that a high percentage of school age children that shipped breakfast showed an increase in early signs of having type II diabetes risk markers. Apparently kids that didn’t eat breakfast regularly had a higher insulin resistance , and a high insulin resistance is a risk factor for type II diabetes.

There you have it, reason number 1,254,378 why eating a healthy breakfast is important!
