New Karate World Shirts: T-shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts will be ordered for Christmas! The prices are as follows; t-shirts $15, hoodies $34 and sweatshirts $26. They will be in a beautiful charcoal grey. A 50% deposit is due by December 1st, so place your order today!

Jiu Jitsu Belts: All advanced students will now be required to keep a Jiu Jitsu belt in their gear bag so that they can receive stripes (bars) in Jiu Jitsu when ready! See Ms. Eileen to order your Jiu Jitsu white belt ASAP.

Buddy Week: November 10th–14th

Tournament: November 18th — Fun Tournament in Whiteville, NC.

Glow Chux Seminar: We will be having our annual Glow Weapon Seminar, November 22nd 5:30 – 7pm! Cost is $25 and includes glow chux and chem-lights. (Bring shoes and a coat; we will train in the parking lot)

Turkey Trot: 5th Annual Surfside Beach Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day November 27th starts and finishes at the Surfside Pier in Surfside Beach at 8:30am. The Turkey Trot will feature a 10K, 5K, 1 mile and a FREE Kid’s Tot Trot. Make sure to wear your Karate world t-shirt! Go to for more information and to register online. Entry Fees are as follows: October 31st – November 25th 10K $37, 5K $33 and One Mile $20, Day of race 10K $40, 5K $35 and One Mile $25. November 25th is the last day for online registration.

Message of the Month: Why is gratitude important?

Project: Bring in at least 1 canned good or non-perishable food item to be donated to local food banks.
